There are basic steps to achieve success:
Start by creating your story where you can brand yourself, this is called “My Story Marketing.” There are many techniques to achieve this depending on what you are wanting to portray to people on the internet.
Once you have done this then you can apply it to web 2.0 marketing strategies for those of you that have or are looking to implement an aggressive marketing campaign on the net without, any cost or very little cost and drives tons of targeted traffic to your business.
There are many social web sites, such as My Space, Facebook, etc. and social networking bookmark sites such as Stumble Upon, Twitter, Zenzuu, and more! Here is where you can go and start networking with others while at the same time, branding yourself.
The key is to brand yourself as an expert in a particular field.
So how do you go about becoming an expert in your field?
Well you provide tons of value to people for FREE and give them tremendous content that can be applied by your audience, once they apply the techniques which you have taught them, they will get massive value and tons of results.
They will be salivating quite literally for the next time you take time out of your day to support them. As Joe Schroeder states “ What you give away YOU get to keep” this is a very deep statement. I did not fully comprehend it at first and then I applied this principal myself. In a short time, I have become a great leader in my field.
In becoming an expert, you become a great leader to others. The outcome of this is that you end up branding yourself and since you are sought after as an expert in this particular field, people will now be ready to upgrade & buy what you have to offer because you have taken the time to build your relationship with your list.
One of the ways to build this rapport on line is to produce a bunch of videos, where people get to see who you are, what you’re about and what you have to offer them. So many times I get phone calls from people that just watched my video who act and feel as if they have known me for a very long time.
They other thing I recommend is for you to learn how to optimize each and every video you put out. There are many free tools available to do this with. Remember every time you put a video out, put your info at the very beginning of the description of your video as follows;

Keep in mind that putting a capture page together with good ad copy and a great video embedded in the capture page is an art!
